Welcome to Pop’s Liquors. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Eligibility


You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcohol from Pop’s Liquors.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 21 years old
  2. The recipient of the order is at least 21 years old

A valid government-issued ID is required at delivery.


2. Delivery Policy (Rhode Island Only)


Pop’s Liquors provides local delivery within Rhode Island only.

Alcohol Delivery Requirements:

  1. Orders must be received by a person 21+
  2. A valid ID must be presented
  3. A signature is required upon delivery
  4. Orders will not be left unattended under any circumstances

If these conditions are not met, the order will be returned to the store.


3. Non-Deliverable Items


The following items cannot be delivered and must be purchased in-store:

  1. Cigarettes
  2. Little cigars / roll-your-own tobacco
  3. Vapes / e-cigarettes
  4. Smokeless tobacco products
  5. Any other regulated nicotine products

Pop’s Liquors reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item that violates applicable laws or company policy.


4. Failed Deliveries


If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  1. No valid ID
  2. Recipient not present
  3. Recipient under 21

The order will be returned.

Pop’s Liquors reserves the right to:

  1. Charge a redelivery fee, or
  2. Cancel the order and issue a refund minus any applicable fees


5. Product Condition & Liability


All products leave the store in good condition.

Pop’s Liquors is not responsible for:

  1. Damage occurring after delivery
  2. Improper handling or storage by the customer

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly.


6. Pricing & Availability


  1. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
  2. We reserve the right to limit quantities
  3. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion


7. Use of Website


You agree not to:

  1. Violate any laws while using our site
  2. Attempt to access restricted areas
  3. Interfere with site functionality


8. Intellectual Property


All content on this site belongs to Pop’s Liquors and may not be used without permission.


9. Disclaimer


All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  1. Continuous site availability
  2. Error-free operation


10. Limitation of Liability


Pop’s Liquors is not liable for:

  1. Indirect or incidental damages
  2. Delays or delivery issues outside our control

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Any disputes shall be handled in Rhode Island courts.
