Delivery Policy

Pop’s Liquors offers local delivery within Rhode Island only. We do not ship any products.


Eligibility


  1. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order containing alcohol
  2. The person receiving the order must also be 21+


Delivery Requirements


All deliveries are subject to the following:

  1. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at delivery
  2. The recipient must be physically present
  3. A signature is required upon delivery
  4. Orders will not be left unattended under any circumstances

If these requirements are not met, the order will be returned to the store.


Non-Deliverable Items


The following items are not eligible for delivery and must be purchased in-store:

  1. Cigarettes
  2. Tobacco products
  3. Vapes / e-cigarettes
  4. Any other regulated nicotine products

Pop’s Liquors reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item at its discretion.


Delivery Area & Availability


  1. Delivery is limited to locations within Rhode Island
  2. Delivery times and availability may vary based on demand and staffing

Pop’s Liquors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery order based on location or operational constraints.


Failed Deliveries


If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  1. No valid ID
  2. Recipient not present
  3. Recipient under 21

The order will be returned to the store.

Pop’s Liquors reserves the right to:

  1. Charge a redelivery fee, or
  2. Cancel the order and issue a refund minus any applicable fees


Product Responsibility


Once the order has been accepted and signed for, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
